HGX-213 Sole-Brushing Hygiene Line is a complete hygiene solution designed with a PLC-controlled access system, enabling automatic sole brushing at the entry of production areas and providing dual-hand disinfection.
It is ideal for facilities where work shoes are used, ensuring strict hygiene compliance. Optional touchless hand drying and dual-hand disinfection are integrated into the process. The system features high mechanical reliability and a robust structure. With a dual-hand disinfectant turnstile access system, a PLC-based step control mechanism, and integrated horizontal sole brushes within a chemical bath, the system does not allow access unless all hygiene steps are completed. Manufactured entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, and compliant with CE certification and HACCP standards.
