The HGX-105 Hygiene Station is a comprehensive hygiene station equipped with a boot and sole brushing system, sensor-operated soap dispenser, hand washing sink, manual drying (paper towels), and dual-hand disinfectant spray unit. Optionally, an automatic hand dryer can be integrated. This unit is specifically designed to ensure that all hygiene procedures are followed before entering sensitive production zones.
HGX-105 performs both horizontal and vertical brushing of the soles and boots, followed by sensor-activated hand washing, drying, and simultaneous disinfection of both hands. Turnstile access is permitted only after all hygiene steps are completed, monitored by a PLC system. The structure is made entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, compliant with CE certification and HACCP standards.
